| 摘 要： | 选用葡聚糖诱发小鼠腹腔巨细胞，研究诱发的巨噬细胞的抗肿瘤作用。结果表明，巨噬细胞具有十分活跃的抗肿瘤作用，与肿瘤的结合力和杀伤力均明显高于正常腹腔的巨噬细胞，说明葡聚糖具有增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞抗肿瘤作用。

| Abstract: | The mouse peritoneal macrophagesinducted by dextran .Then the against tumor effect ofthe mocrophages was studied . The result showed that the macrophages have active against tu mor actions.The powers ofcombination and damage ofthe macrophages are obvious morethan the normal mouse peritoneal macrophages.Therefore dextran can increase againsttumor actions ofthe mouse peritoneal macrophages. |
