摘    要:试验研究了不同有机物料配施对日光温室内CO2浓度变化以及黄瓜的生长发育、生理效应、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:稻草和膨化鸡粪按适当比例配合撒施可以促进黄瓜植株生长,提高叶绿素含量,增强光合,抑制呼吸,加快羧化,从而显著地提高产量。同时证实了由于稻草的持续分解,使得温室内的CO2在生育后期仍然能保持较高浓度,完全可以满足长季节栽培条件下黄瓜生长发育对CO2的需求。

Abstract:The experiment was designed to study the effects of differently mixed organic materials on CO_2 concentration in the greenhouse and the growth, physiology, yield and quality of cucumber. The results showed that application of straw and expanded chicken manure mixed in proper proportion promoted plant growth, increased chlorophyll content, accelerated photosynthesis and carboxylation, and inhibited respiration, thus increased significantly the yield. The results also proved that the sustained straw decomposition helped maintain a high CO_2 concentration in the greenhouse, even in the later growth period of crop, which could satisfy the demands of the growth of cucumber completely.
