玉米叶片与穗部性状的相关研究

摘    要:1998年对6个玉米品种的穗位叶叶长,穗粒叶及穗位叶上一、二叶、下一、二叶的茎叶夹角、叶形值,玉米果穗直径,穗轴直径,穗粒行数等性状特征进行了分析和研究。结果表明:穗位叶叶长与果穗直径密切相关,其相关系数r=0.9561,即穗位叶长的品种表现为果穗粗。近穗位叶茎叶夹角平均值与穗轴直径、穗粒行数呈显著的负相关,其相关系数r分别为-0.9725和-0.9369。茎叶夹角大的品种穗轴直径小、穗粒行数少;茎叶夹角小的品种,穗轴直径大,穗粒行数多。叶形值平均值约为8时,穗粒行数、果穗及穗轴直径均发育良好。

Abstract:Spike leaf length, the included angle of stem to spike leaf, up spike leaf 1, up spike leaf 2, down spike leaf 1, down spike leaf 2, spike diameter, spike axis diameter,and spike row number of 6 maize varieties were studied and analyzed in 1998. The results showed that spike leaf length and spike diameter had close positive correlation and the correlation coefficient r was 0.956?1 , which means that the longer spike leaf was, the bigger spike diameter was. The included angle of stem to leaf and row number had notably negative correlation, so did the included angle of stem to leaf and spike axis diameter. Their correlation coefficients r were -0.972?5 and -0.936?9 respectively. The smaller the included angle of stem to leaf was, the more maize row number and the bigger spike axis diameter were. When the numerical value of leaf blade was approximately 8, some of the spike characters studied in this experiment developed better.
