摘    要:通过盆栽试验方法,研究不同容重、含水量及分期播种对玉米苗期根际土壤酶活性(蔗糖酶、脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶)和微生物量碳、氮的变化规律。结果表明:容重、含水量、分期播种及三者交互对玉米苗期根际土壤微生物酶活性及微生物量碳、氮含量作用显著。晚播、高含水量能显著提高玉米苗期根际土壤酶活性、微生物量碳和氮含量。对于根际土壤微生物活性,最适容重为1.3 g/cm~3,最佳处理为B_(1.3)M_(70)T_2。

Effect of Different Bulk Density,Moisture Content and Sowing Date on Rhizosphere Soil Enzyme Activitys,Microbial Biomass C and N on Maize Seedling Stage
Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted to study the impacts of different bulk density,moisture content and periodic sowing on rhizosphere soil enzyme activity,microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen in maize seedling stage at the Experimental Farm of Jilin Agricultural University.The results showed that bulk density,moisture content,sowing date and three interactions had significant effects on rhizosphere soil enzyme activity,microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content in maize seedling stage.Late sowing and high moisture content could significantly improve the rhizosphere soil enzyme activity,microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content in maize seedling stage.For rhizosphere soil microbial activity,the optimum bulk density is 1.3 g/cm3,and the best treatment is B1.3M70T2.
