| 摘 要： | 文中在分析生态经济城市内涵的基础上,以吉林省为例,总结了生态经济城市总体布局和基本特征,提出了吉林省生态经济城市的建设标准和生态经济城市建设的实施途径。确定以发展生态环保型效益经济为主线、控制生态经济城市人口规模、完善城市功能区划、实现资源优化配置和生产力合理布局的发展战略。 |

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis about the concept of eco-economic urban and meaning,this paper summarized the overall layout and basic features of the eco-economic urban by taking Jilin province as an example.And then the construction standard and implementation ways of eco-economic urban in Jilin province were proposed.The main masterstroke was to develop eco-environment economy.To control the population scale and consummate function compartmentalization can realize the resource optimized configuration and the reasonable layout of productivity.All those above were the development strategies. |
