摘    要:综述了反义RNA、热处理和气调3种延缓番茄采后成熟的技术及其机理。并由此得出,反义技术操作要求严格,气调技术影响品质,而热处理技术相对操作简单,对品质无影响,值得推广。

Abstract:Techniques and mechanisms of contrary RNA, heat-tieatment and atmosphere control in postponing postharvest ripening of tomatoes were reviewed. It has been concluded that there are strict requirements for the operation of the technique of contrary RNA; the technique of atmosphere control affects quality; and the technique of heat-treatment is simple and has no effect on quality, and should be applied.
