吉林省西北部内陆盐水的浮游生物研究

摘    要:1991年在吉林省白城地区盐度0.5~4.4g/L的6个碳酸盐型水体中,采集了浮游生物水样。共检出浮游生物114种,其中浮游植物46种,浮游动物68种。结果表明,浮游生物的总种数和多样性指数均随盐度升高而降低。盐度和离子组成是决定内陆盐水浮游生物种类组成和分布的主要因子,碱度、pH、离子系数等也起重要作用。

Abstract:Plankton was collected from six inland saline water bodies in Baicheng region of northwest Jilin, which the salinity of water ranges from 0. 57 - 4. 40 g/L in 1991. Plankton in 114 species were identified in which 46 species belong to phytoplankton and 68 species belong to zoo-plankton. The results showed that species diversity in term of the number of species and diversity index were inversely related to water salinity. Salinity and ionic composition are major factors influencing the species composition and distribution of plankton in inland saline water. Alkalinity, pH , ratio of monovalenc to divalent ions and temperature etc. play an important role in it as well.
