金顶侧耳不同生长期几种胞外酶活性变化

摘    要:用发酵的棉籽壳盆栽金顶侧耳,测定其生长发育期间的胞外酶活性变化。结果表明:金顶侧耳具有完整的胞外纤维素酶系,胞外羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC酶)、滤纸纤维素酶(FP酶)和半纤维素酶(HC酶)活性高峰对应于子实体的生长发育期,胞外蛋白酶和果胶酶活性在原基出现后升高并一直维持在较高水平,胞外淀粉酶、漆酶和过氧化物酶活性均随栽培时间的延长逐渐下降。

Abstract:Activity changes of several extracellular enzymes were determined in different growth periods of Pleurotus citrinopileatus cultivated on fermented cotton seed hull compost in flowerpot.The results showed that the fungus had a complete set of extracellular cellulase.The activity peaks of extracellular CMCase (carboxymenthel cellulase),FPase(filter paper cellulase)and HCase(hemicellulase) all appeared in the period between primordial formation and fruit-body maturity.The activity of extracellular protease and pectase increased steeply between primordial formation period and fruit-body maturity period and it retained high until the end of cultivation.The activity of extracellular amylase,laccase and peroxidase was comparatively high at the mycelial growth stage,and gradually decreased afterwards.
