多效唑对水稻旱育苗生物学效应及增产作用的研究

摘    要:在水稻旱育苗立针期,一叶一心期和二叶一心期分别喷施200ppm的多效唑,对秧苗有着明显的生物学效应,尤其是控长、促蘖和缩小叶面积更为突出,控长率一般可达25%,增葉率可达40~60%,叶绿素含量可增加45%左右。细胞膜抗逆性增强,秧苗立枯病发病率下降,并有一定的增产效果,这对吉林省水稻旱育苗将有重要作用。

Abstract:Paclobutrazo spraying with the rate of 200 ppm at the stages of needle appearance, one and two leaf and buts, expectively, had an obvious biological effect on dry nursed rice seedlings. The rate of stretch control may reach up 25% and of tiller increase up to 40-60%. And chlorophyll contents of treated plant may increase sbout 45%. The chilling resistance of cell membrance increased and disease incidence of rice seedlings decreased by paclobutrazo treatment. Grain yield significantly rised about 13% to the blank.
