| 摘 要： | 从吉林和辽宁两省不同人参种植区土壤中分离出836株细菌,从中筛选出10株对人参锈腐病菌(Cylindrocarpon destructans)具有明显抑制作用的拮抗菌株。选择抑菌效果最好的菌株BS015(抑菌圈直径22.8mm),对人参几种常见病原菌进行抑菌谱试验。结果表明:菌株BS015对人参根腐病菌(Fusarium solani)、人参菌核病菌(Sclerotinia schinseng)、人参黑斑病菌(Alternaria panax)均有较好的抑菌效果,对人参立枯病菌(Rhizoc-tonia solani)抑制效果不明显。通过对其形态特征、生理生化及16S rDNA序列分析研究,菌株BS015为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。

| Abstract: | Totally 836 bacterial strains were isolated from Ginseng rhizosphere soil of Jilin and Liaoning provinces.Among those bacteria,10 strains showed strong antibiosis activity to Cylindrocarpon destructans.Isolate BS015 showed a wide range of antagonism against pathogens,such as Fusarium solani,Sclerotinia Schinseng,Alternaria panax.Based on the phenotypic characteristics and analysis of the 16S rDNA fragment,BS015 was identified as Bacillus subtilis. |
