| 摘 要： | 从葛藤中提取大豆甙元,采用石油醚脱脂,脱脂后残渣用乙醇回流提取,醇提液浓缩后用酸水解,水解液浓缩、放冷,即析出白色沉淀,过滤,将沉淀用50％EtOH重结晶数次,得白色固体,经鉴定系大豆甙元(Daidzein C_(15)H_(10)O_4,7,4＇-二羟基异黄酮)。

| Abstract: | After the defatted kudtu powder was extracted with 95% ethanol, acid hydrolysis occurs in the extraction solotion concentrated. The solution was concentrated and cooled again, then a white solid matter precipitated in cooled solution. After that the precipitate was recrystalized with, 50% ethanol several times. The white powder obtained was identified as Daidzein. |
