吉林省临江膜荚黄芪的质量评价

采用外观性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别、主要药效成分及其它内含物测定、农药残留量测定和有害元素测定等方法对吉林省临江黄芪无公害规范化生产基地生产的膜荚黄芪质量进行了评价。结果表明：该基地按中药材GAP标准生产的膜荚黄芪外观及内在质量均符合《中华人民共和国药典》。薄层色谱法可快速鉴别黄芪的内在质量，根据黄芪样品的薄层色谱，可以确定其质量优劣。此方法便于在基层药材生产部门推广应用。

Quality Evaluation of Astragalus membranaceus from Linjiang of Jilin Province

The quality of Astragalus membranaceus from the standardized pollution-free production base in Linjiang of Jilin province was evaluated by means of the identification of characters, micrology,chemistry and TLC., the determination of primary medicinal components, and the mensuration of inclusion,extraction,pesticide and harmful elements. The results indicate that surface and internal quality of Astragalus membranaceus by standard of GAP accord with pharmacopoeia of P.R.C. TLC can rapidly differentiate the inherent quality of Astragalus membranaceus,and confirm high grade or bastard for it by TLC. TLC-Scan method is simple, convenient and accurate. It may be applied by grass-roots medicinal material production enterprises.
