土壤腐殖物质形成转化及其微生物学机理研究进展

摘    要:腐殖物质(HS)形成是土壤固碳的重要过程,微生物应该是最主要的劳动者,也是研究土壤固碳机理的核心问题.文中通过对土壤团聚体("硬场所")和土壤环境因素("软场所")以及微生物本身(转化者)对HS形成转化和稳定性作用的研究回顾,试图给出HS形成和组成与微生物组成和团聚体组成之间的关系,以及不同驱动因素对微生物和HS组分的影响.

Abstract:The formation of humic substances(HS)is important for carbon sequestration,and microbe is supposed to be the main worker,which is also the core issue of carbon sequestration mechanism.This article attempted to propose the relationships between formation and composition of HS,microbial composition and aggregate composition,and the effect of different driving factors on microbe and HS's constituents through reviewing the research about soil aggregates("hard sites"),soil environmental factors("soft sites"),as well as the function that microbe itself(transformer)played on the formation,transformation and stability of HS.
