柔嫩艾美耳球虫长春分离株对7种抗球虫药的抗药性研究

摘    要:以AA肉仔鸡为试验材料,以最适抗球虫活性百分率(POAA)、病变记分减少率(RLS)、相对卵囊产量减少率(ROP)和抗球虫指数(ACI)为判定指标,检测了长春市柔嫩艾美耳球虫分离株对7种抗球虫药物的抗药性。结果表明:长春市柔嫩艾美耳球虫分离株对莫能菌素、妥曲珠利无抗药性,对尼卡巴嗪有轻度抗药性,对马杜霉素和地克珠利有中度抗药性,对氯羟吡啶和盐霉素有完全抗药性。

Abstract:The sensitivity of E.tenella isolates from Changchun, Jilin province in China to 7 commonly used coccidiostats was studied in broilers. Based on the criteriaof percent of optimum anticoccidial activity(POAA), relative oocyst production(ROP), reduction of small intestinal and cecal lesion scores(RLS) and anticoccidial index(ACI), the study revealed that E.tenella isolates were not resistanttomonensin and toltrazuril, light resistant to nicarbazin, medium resistant to maduramicin and diclazuril, and high resistant to clopidol and salinomycin.
