不同基因型玉米品种氮素营养效率差异的研究

摘    要:在不同氮肥水平下对6个基因型不同的玉米杂交种的子粒产量、生物产量、吸氮量、叶片硝酸还原酶活力(Nitrate reductive activity缩写NRA)等测定结果进行了分析。试验结果表明:4个中晚熟品种DK743、DK656、中单2号和户单1号的氮素营养效率较高,产量高;而2个早熟品种酒单2号和石玉905的氮素营养效率较低,产量也低。适当供氮能提高叶片NRA、干物质积累量、子粒产量等。提高幅度因品种特性而异。

Abstract:Six crossbred maize cultivars with different levels of nitrogen fertilizer were studied in the field for maize yield, nitrogen uptake rate and leaf nitrate reductive activity. The results showed that DK743, DK6S6, Zhongdan2 and Hudan1, 4 crossbred maize, were efficient of nitrogen nutrition,but Jiudan2 and Shiyu905 were inefficient of nitrogen nutrition. Appropriate increase of nitrogen fertilizer could enhance leaf nitrate reductive activities, content accumulation, dry weight and grain yield. Increasing degrees resulted in different maize breeds.
