茉莉酸甲酯诱导人参抗锈腐病的生理机制

摘    要:人参(Panax ginsengC.A.Meyer)是我国传统名贵药用植物。人参锈腐病(Cylindrocarpon destructans)是人参最为严重的根部病害,也是"老参地"问题的主要原因之一。茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)是一种重要的抗病诱导剂,目前将其应用于植物诱导抗病性的相关研究已成为热点。文中以2年生人参移栽苗为材料,用200 mg/L的茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)溶液处理人参,温室人工接种人参锈腐病菌,接种后3,6,9,12,15,20,25,30 d取样,测定人参根内丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量和细胞膜电解质外渗率的变化动态。结果表明:经MeJA处理后接种人参锈腐病菌,人参根内MDA含量较未经MeJA处理的参根MDA含量明显降低,细胞膜电解质外渗率也呈降低趋势,脯氨酸与可溶性糖含量升高。这说明以上生理指标在茉莉酸甲酯诱导人参抗人参锈腐病的过程中起重要作用。

Abstract:Ginseng(Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer) is one of the important traditional medicinal plants in China,but its yield is often reduced by various root pathogens.Ginseng rusty root rot caused by Cylindrocarpon destructans(Zinns.)is the main replant disease which discourages successive cropping of ginseng on the same site.It has been a new research issue in the induction of disease resistance elicited by Methyl Jasmonates which is an important resistance inducer.Methyl Jasmonates solution was utilized in the experiment.Ginseng plants were inoculated with Cylindrocarpon destructans and sample roots were obtained after 3,6,9,12,15,20,25 and 30 days.The contents of MDA,proline,soluble sugar and relative electricity conductivity were measured.The results showed that MeJA treatment significantly decreased the contents of MDA and relative electricity conductivity,but increased the contents of proline and soluble sugar.The findings indicated that MeJA plays critical roles in inducing resistance to C. destructans in ginseng.
