摘    要:烟草感染花叶病毒后其叶片的代谢状况受到严重的影响:光合色素(尤其叶绿素)含量降低,光合速率下降,干物质积累减少,可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白的含量下降,硝酸还原酶活性降低,而过氧化物酶活性却明显提高。

Abstract:Some physiological-biochemical changes of tobacco leaves infected by mosaic virus disease were tested. The results indicate that metabolic circumstances of tobacco leaves are significantly affected by tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) disease. Photosynthetic pigment (especially chlorophyll) content, photosynthetic rate, accumulation of dry matter, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content, and nitrate reductase (NR) activity decrease, while peroxidase (POD) activity significantly increase.
