沙棘籽仁壳分离加工工艺研究

摘    要:针对传统沙棘籽油加工工艺存在的问题、提出了沙棘籽仁壳分离加工工艺。沙棘籽仁壳分离加工籽壳加工等工序。表明:剪切力脱壳是沙棘籽脱壳的主要形式;一级筛上的籽壳纯度大于98%,可直接用于天色色素生产;剪切脱壳后籽仁的主要破碎形式是两子叶沿交界面分离;较好的籽仁籽壳分离状态是二级筛上,悬浮速度4.1m/s时,籽仁损失率7.5%,籽仁含壳率12%。

Abstract:Aimed at solving the problem of traditional seed oil processing of sea buckthorn, the separating and processing method of seed kernel and seed shell of sea buckthorn was put forward. The method included cleaning, shelling, sieving, separating, processing for seed kernel and processing for seed shell. Tests showed that the main force is shere force for the sea buckthorn; There is nearly a half of purity seed shells on the first sieve, which can use for natural pigment producing immediately; The main broken form of shearing force, which make the kernel separate along the middle axes;The better separation floating velocity is 4.1m/s for seed kernel and seed shell on the first sieve, which gets the ideal losing rate of seed kernel 7.5% and shell rate in kernels 12%.
