| 摘 要： | 利用植物病原真菌雪腐镰刀病菌(Fusarium nivale)、棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum)、玉米小斑病菌(Biploaria maydis)、玉米圆斑病菌(Helminthosporium carbonum)、小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)、细链格孢菌(Alternaria tenuis)、小麦根腐霉病菌(Biploaris sorokiniana)、番茄早疫病菌(Alternaria solani)和斑点落叶病菌(Alternaria alternata)作为指示菌,采用平板对峙法测定海洋细菌的抑菌作用,用打孔法测定海洋细菌的无菌发酵液对指示菌菌丝生长的抑制作用.结果表明:海洋细菌及其发酵液对供试的植物病原真菌具有较强的抗菌作用;显微观察结果表明海洋细菌导致病原真菌菌丝扭曲、分生孢子芽管畸形.其中菌株L1-9对植物病原真菌生长的抑制作用最强,对9种植物病原真菌都有较强的抑制作用.
