| 摘 要： | 对我国1986年定植于大田鉴定评价圃的14份橡胶树新种质的产量、乳管数及生长势等性状进行了鉴定。结果表明：1、3、7和9号的生长势优于对照品种RRIM600，其中，7、9号种质的平均茎围与对照差异达到显著；Amazon野生橡胶树种质干胶产量均不及对照品种RRIM600，最好的1份种质平均干胶产量3．6kg／株，为对照品种RRIM600的88．7％，但二者差异不显著；除10、12和13号3份种质的乳管数相对较优外，其它新种质的乳管列数和乳管个数均明显少于对照。综合评价1、3、7和9号种质生长较快，9号种质产胶潜力相对较好，10、12和13号3份种质其乳管数相对较优。

| Abstract: | The main characters such as yield, laticifer and growth of new Amazon Hevea germplasms were evaluated with the routine and histological anatomy method. The result of yield evaluation showed that the dry rubber yield of these Amazon wild germplasms was lower than that of the control clone. However, one germplasm was screened out and the mean yield reached 3.6 kg per tree which was 11.3% lower than the high-yielding clone RRIM600. Bark laticifer anatomizing showed that 3 germplasms were relatively better compared to the same colony. 4 germplasms grew better than the high-yielding clone RRIM600. The new germplasms evaluated would greatly enrich Hevea gene resources in China and would provide valuable materials for breeding and bioteclmological studies. |
