摘    要:为了解芦笋的养分累积特性,研究分析了芦笋不同器官中的养分含量。结果表明,干物质在母茎、嫩茎、地下部中的累积比例分别为46%、25%、29%。母茎和地下部中各种养分含量大小为:NKPCaMg;而嫩茎为:NKPMgCa。N、P、K含量在各器官中的分布特点为:嫩茎母茎地下部,而Ca含量为:嫩茎地下部母茎;Mg含量为:母茎嫩茎地下部。芦笋全年每株养分累积量分别为N 6.84 g,P 0.84 g,K2.25 g,Ca 0.43 g,Mg 0.37 g。N,P,K,Ca,Mg累积比例为1∶0.12∶0.33∶0.06∶0.05。

Abstract:The nutrient contents of asparagus organs were analyzed to explore the nutrient accumulation characteristics of asparagus. The results showed that the accumulation proportions of dry matter in the asparagus stalks, spears and root were 46%, 25% and 29%, respectively. The nutrient contents of asparagus stalks and root were in the order of N>K>P>Ca> Mg, while those of the spears in the order of N>K>P>Mg>Ca. The N, P, K contents in each asparagus organ were in the order of stalks>spears>root;the Ca content was spears>root>stalks;the Mg content was stalks>spears>root. For the whole plant the annual contents of N, P, K, Ca and Mg were 6.84, 0.84, 2.25, 0.43 and 0.37 g, respectively, at the ratio of 1:0.12:0.33:0.06:0.05.
