| 摘 要： | 在大庆盐碱地区引进6个橡胶草种质资源,研究其生长发育规律和产量的变化,并以此为依据,筛选适合本地区种植的橡胶草种质资源。结果表明:国内外种质资源表型外观差异大,国内种质资源叶片较多,国外种质资源叶片相对较少,但国外种质资源的根长度、根粗、生物产量及含胶量明显高于国内种质资源。

| Abstract: | Six accessions of germplasm of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin were introduced and trial planted in the saline alkali land of Daqing,Heilongjiang Province,China to select germplasm accessions suitable for planting in this area based on their growth and yield.The results showed that the germplasm resources of T.kok-saghyz Rodin introduced were highly different in phenotypic appearance between China and other countries.The domestic germplasm resources of T.kok-saghyz Rodin had more leaves than those of the foreign countries,but were significantly lower in root length,root diameter,biological yield and gum content than those of foreign germplasm resources. |
