| 摘 要： | 分子标记广泛应用于科学研究的各个领域。简要介绍几种常用的DNA分子标记技术的原理及应用,主要综述分子技术在椰子种质资源研究的进展,介绍在椰子遗传多样性和遗传关系分析方面的研究状况,并对其应用前景进行展望。

| Abstract: | Mol ecular markers are widely used in various fields of scientific research. The principle and application of some DNA molecular marker techniques were introduced and the research advances in application of molecular techniques in coconut germplasm were reviewed. The research status of coconut genetic diversity and genetic relationship analysis was discussed, and the application prospects of molecular markers were put forward. |
