摘    要:饲用葛藤栽培模式下不同品种粉葛的地下部块根生长与营养品质的研究尚未开展,为更好地选择适合湖南地区的葛藤饲料化栽培品种,对来自广西的8个商品粉葛品种在湖南地区进行饲用栽培模式下地下部块根产量与饲用营养品质评价。试验采用平地种植,不打顶不去侧枝的葛藤栽培模式,对8个遗传背景相近的广西地方粉葛品种,于种植当年测定单株葛根鲜产和饲用营养指标。结果表明,8个粉葛品种种植当年地下部块根产量由高到低依次为FGDYGYGWZGZGTGMGQCG。营养分析结果表明,不同品种间葛根干物质含量无显著性差异(P0.05);淀粉和粗脂肪含量在品种间变化较小,8个品种被分为差异显著的2组;粗蛋白和粗纤维含量在品种间存在显著差异,各被分为差异显著的3组;灰分含量在品种间变化较大,被分成差异显著的4组。依据产量和营养价值,综合评定较好的品种分别为FG、DYG和YG。

Abstract:Research on the root yield and nutrition value of different kudzu varieties as forage crop had not been carried out. Eight Kudzu varieties introduced from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and planted in Hunan area as a forage crop were determined to evaluate their root fresh yield and feeding value for better selection and utilization of kudzu varieties as a forage resource adapted to Hunan. In the experiment, the 8 Kudzu varieties from Guangxi with similar genetic background were cultivated without tipping or debranching at their growth stage to determine their fresh root yield per plant and their nutrition value in the same year of planting.The results showed that the 8 kudzu varieties gave a yield per plant in the order of FG>DYG>YG>WZG>ZG>TG>MG >QCG. Nutritional analysis showed that these 8 kudzu varieties had no significant difference in dry matter content(P>0.05),litter change in contents of starch and crude fat (two groups with significant difference), obvious difference in the contents of crude protein and crude fiber (three groups with significant difference), and more change in the content of ash (four groups with significant difference). According to the root yield per plant and nutritional value, the kudzu varieties FG,DYG and YG gave better performance.
