几种营养液 药液及脱毒粉蚧对剑麻紫色卷叶病的影响

继排除紫色卷叶病非细菌、真菌、线虫病引起外,围绕病毒、营养匮乏、药剂和害虫分泌的毒物与紫色卷叶病关系,开展剑麻植株体内点滴营养与药剂及非抗性麻苗接种已在南瓜上脱毒3~4代的粉蚧若虫,探讨对紫色卷叶病发生的影响。初步结果为营养和药剂对该病没作用或作用不大;该病与粉蚧(新菠萝灰粉蚧)害虫分泌的毒物有密切关系。

The Effect of Liquid Nutrient, Liquid Pesitcides and Virus-free Mealybugs on Sisal Purple Leafroll Disease

The previous study had excluded bacteria, fungi and nematode as the cause of purple leafroll disease of sisal (Agave sisalana). The sisal plants were applied with liquid nutrients and pesticides through injection, and sisal seedlings susceptible to the purple leaf-roll disease were infested with nymphs of virus-free mealybugs of 3-4 generations living on the pumpkin to observe the effect of virus, nutritional deficiency, liquid pesticides, and pest poison secretions onthe purple leafroll disease.. The results showed that the liquid nutrients and pesticides did not work on the purple leafroll disease, but this disease was closely related with the secretions of the gray pineapple mealybugs Dysmicoccus neobrevipes.
