海南品牌农产品全渠道零售模式的构建

摘    要:全渠道零售是今后生鲜农产品销售的趋势,同时也为海南品牌农产品带来了机遇。海南品牌农产品发展良好,农产品电子商务产业发展迅速。本文分析海南品牌农产品全渠道零售过程中全渠道意识、市场定位、科技、人力及管理体制上的问题。并从全渠道零售模式的构建思路、策略及实施保障3个方面提出了建议。

Abstract:The omni-channel retailing model is a trend for retailing of fresh agricultural products, and will bring opportunities for retailing of Hainan brand agricultural products. Both Hainan brand agricultural products and their e-commerce industry have been developing rapidly in recent years. The problems arising from the omni-channel retailing process in the aspects of awareness, market orientation, technology, manpower and management system were analyzed, based on which were put forward some suggestions from the aspects of the construction ideas, strategies and implementation of the omni-channel retailing model.
