Family farms make an important role in increasing the degree of agricultural organization.But it also has hidden trouble as debts in the family farms.This paper deals with the study of debts in the family farms in Huahai Company in Zhanjiang state farms,analyzes the causes of this problem,and gives advice on how to control it,such as establishing guiding ideology as workers oriented,perfecting the enterprise management,optimizing crops and land structure,implementing standardized operations,and so on.
