| 摘 要： | 牧草遗传资源是牧草遗传与育种研究的基础材料，然而数量庞大的遗传资源给牧草种质资源的收集、保存、研究和利用带来诸多不便，因此，有必要开展牧草遗传资源核心种质研究。本文系统阐述了牧草核心种质的概念、构建方法、步骤和核心种质的管理。
