| 摘 要： | 采用染色体压片技术对小蚌兰进行染色体数目和核型分析。结果表明：小蚌兰体细胞染色体较小，染色体数目是2n=64；核型公式为2n=2X32m＋28sm＋4st，染色体相对长度组成为2n：64=12L＋18M2＋20M，＋14S．核型分类为2B型。

| Abstract: | The chromosome number and karyotype of small oyster plant was studied using fingertip pressing method.The results indicated that there were 64 small chromosomes.The karyotype formula was 2n=2x=32m+28sm+4st.The karyotype type was 2B. |
