不同来源金线莲生长与品质对比分析

摘    要:研究中国福建、云南、台湾和巴西来源金线莲的生长与品质差异,结果表明:金线莲生长情况来源地优劣顺序:台湾福建巴西云南;多糖含量:福建(台湾)巴西云南;总黄酮含量:福建云南(台湾)巴西;总生物碱含量:云南(巴西)福建台湾;氨基酸含量:云南巴西(台湾)福建。金线莲产量与茎粗和叶片数呈显著正相关,生物碱含量与茎粗呈显著负相关、与叶片数呈极显著负相关。

Comparision of Growth and Quality of Anoectochilus roxburghii from different regions
Abstract:Through the research on difference of growth and quality parameters of Anoectochilus roxburghii plantlets from Fujian province, Yunnan province, Taiwan province and Brazil. The result showed that the growth source quality in the order of Taiwan province>Fujian province>Brazil>Yunnan province;The polysaccharide content of A. roxburghii in the order of Fujian province (Taiwan province)>Brazil>Yunnan province; The total flavonoids content of A. roxburghii in the order of Fujian province > Yunnan province (taiwan province) > Brazil; The total alkaloid content in the order of Yunnan province (Brazil) > Fujian province>taiwan province;the total amino acid content in the order of Yunnan province>Brazil (taiwan province)>Fujian province. The yield is significantly positive correlated to stem diameter and leaf numbers;There is a significant negative correlation between the total alkaloid content and stem diameter; Moreover, there is a highly significant negative correlation between the total alkaloid content and leaf numbers.
