草甘膦对巴西橡胶树芽接苗叶片莽草酸和4种激素含量的影响

摘    要:为探究草甘膦诱导橡胶树芽接苗叶片畸变的作用机理,以巴西橡胶树品种‘热研7-33-97’芽接苗为材料,喷施188 g a.i/hm2的草甘膦剂量,分析芽接苗不同形态叶片莽草酸和4种激素含量变化规律。结果表明:莽草酸积累量在草甘膦施药前后呈显著差异,当叶片出现半黄半绿表型时,莽草酸积累量较未施药前上升12.40%,而在2种再生畸形叶(叶片长度7 cm和7 cm)和恢复叶时分别下降75.01%、77.48%和62.69%;喷施草甘膦后各类型叶片生长素和赤霉素的含量均与未施药前对照叶片差异不显著,脱落酸和玉米素含量较对照差异显著,半黄半绿叶片脱落酸含量较未施药对照下降12.40%,玉米素较施药前下降33.54%;2种再生畸形叶出现后,脱落酸含量较未施药前分别升高30.40%和45.61%,玉米素分别升高41.48%和86.02%。说明莽草酸和植物激素共同调节着橡胶树的生长,且影响了橡胶树叶片畸形。

Effects of Glyphosate Spraying on the Shikimic Acid and 4 Hormones Contents in Grafted Budding Seedling Leaves of Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg.
Abstract:The mechanism of glyphosate spraying on the induction to the distortion of the rubber tree grafting budding seedling leaf is unclear. In this study, rubber variety CATAS 7-33-97 grafting budding seedlings leaves sprayed 188 g a.i/hm2 of glyphosate dose, were used for analysis of shikimic acid and 4 kinds of hormone contents. Results show that the accumulation of shikimic acid in leaves before and after glyphosate spraying was significantly different. When in half yellow half green leaf phenotype, shikimic acid accumulation is up 12.40% before spraying, and in two regeneration deformed leaf (less than 7 cm and more than 7 cm length) and restoring leaf fell by 75.01%, 77.48% and 75.01%, respectively. Auxin and GA3 contents in various types of leaves after glyphosate spraying show no significant differences compared with leaves before spraying, while significant difference are found in content of abscisic acid and zeatin. Abscisic acid and zeatin contents in half yellow half green leaf fell by 12.40% and 33.54 than control leaf, respectively. In two regeneration deformed leaf, abscisic acid content is increased 30.40%and 30.40%, zeatin is increased 41.48% and 86.02% than control leaf, respectively. The results showed that shikimic acid and hormones regulated the growth of rubber tree together, and affected the the leaf of rubber tree distorted.
