摘    要:用乙腈提取样品,正己烷/丙酮作固相萃取淋洗液,两步净化后,采用液相色谱仪-紫外检测器进行甘蓝中啶虫脒残留量的分析测定。结果表明,该方法检出限为0.01 mg/kg。在0.10、0.50、1.00 mg/kg三个添加水平,回收率为82.2%~97.8%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~5.5%。

Abstract:A method for the determination of mospilan residue in fruits was established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Residues of mospilan were extracted from sample with acetonitrile. After cleaned up, the final extract was injected into HPLC with UVD. The detection limit was 0.01mg/kg. Precision and recovery tests were made at the level of 0.10, 0.50, 1.00 mg/kg. The results showed that recovery rates were in the range of 82.2%-97.8%, relative standard deviation 2.1% -5.5%.
