摘    要:以菊花叶片为外植体,诱导植株再生,建立高效植株再生体系。结果在MS 2mg/LBA 0.2mg/LNAA的培养基上诱导出愈伤组织,在MS 3mg/LBA 0.1mg/LNAA的培养基上诱导出芽,并在1/2MS 0.6mg/LNAA的培养基上诱导出根,从而获得再生完整植株,生根的小苗在温室生长良好。

Abstract:A plant regeneration system from leaves of chrysanthemum was developed in this study. The optimum media were obtained for callus induction, shoot regeneration and rooting. Calli were induced from leaf explants cultured on the medium MS BA 2 mg/L NAA 0.2 mg/L. Bud shoots were induced from the calli cultured on the medium MS BA 3 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L, and rooted on the half-strength MS medium at the presence of BA 0.6 mg/L. The rooted plantlets survived in greenhouse.
