广东省主栽水稻品种稻米重金属含量差异研究

摘    要:以广东省主要种植的27个水稻品种为研究对象,通过对243份稻米样品中Cd、Pb、Cr、As、Hg等5种重金属含量的测定,分析不同品种和类型的水稻对5种重金属吸收能力的差异。研究结果表明,对广东省稻米影响最大的重金属是Cd,超标率为11.11%,Pb超标率是7.41%,Cr超标率是3.70%,As和Hg的检出量都低于国家标准。重金属对广东省稻米质量安全的影响严重程度依次为:CdPbCrHgAs,3种类型品种重金属综合污染严重程度顺序是籼型常规稻两系杂交稻三系杂交稻。

Abstract:Through determination on 5 kinds of heavy metal (Cd, Pb, Cr, As, Hg) of 243 rice samples of 27 Main Cultivated Rice Varieties in Guangdong Province, we analyzed the difference in content of five kinds of heavy metal of rice varieties of different varieties and different types. The research result shows that the heavy metal which has greatest influence on rice of Guangdong Province is Cd, with an over-standard rate of 11.11%; Pb has an over-standard rate of 7.41%, Cr has an over-standard rate of 3.70%, while, the detectable amount of As and Hg is lower than the national standard. Therefore, the sequence of serious degree to which the pollution of heavy metal causes the influence on Guangdong rice is shown as follows: Cd 〉 Pb 〉 Cr 〉 Hg 〉 As; the sequence of serious degree to which the comprehensive pollution of heavy metal causes the influence on 3 rice variety types is shown as follows:indica rice conventional variety〉two-line hybrid rice variety〉three-line hybrid rice variety.
