橡胶树死皮病研究进展

摘    要:橡胶树“死皮病”给橡胶种植业带来严重的危害,目前该病已成为世界橡胶研究的热点之一。本文综述了多年来研究者们从不同学科不同角度对TPD现象的研究及多种关于TPD发生原因的假说,认为最近提出的“橡胶树死皮是由强割和强乙烯刺激引起的程序性细胞死亡现象”的观点是对前人研究成果和观点的综合和深化,并且结合自身的研究指出了目前死皮研究中存在的问题及研究方向。

Abstract:Tapping Panel Dryness (TPD) of Hevea brasiliensis causes severe loses to the rubber plantations and has been studied intensively in rubber-producing countries. Many hypotheses about the TPD have been proposed based on various studies. This paper reviewed the studies and the hypothesis about the TPD mechanism, and it was proposed that the hypothesis "Tapping panel dryness is a phenomenon of programmed cell death which is caused by overtapping and overstimulation with ethylene" is the results of previous studies conducted by many scientists and believed to be the most reasonable one among all of the hypotheses. The bottleneck problems existing in this field were also discussed based on our present studies, and the way to their solutions pointed out.
