| Abstract: | RNA interference(RNAi) is a high efficient,specific gene silencing.This article introduces RNA interference technology history and basic mechanism of RNA interference,and alteration of plant architecture,development of male sterile plants,modulation of flower color and scent,prolongation of fruit shelf-life and seedless fruit development,as a reference for researchers in this field. |
