银合欢豆象的发育起点温度和有效积温的研究

摘    要:结合田间调查和采用室内逐日观察法,在6个温度20、25、28、32、36和40℃,湿度75%的条件下,以银合欢种子为食料,对银合欢豆象在不同温度下的各虫态发育历期进行了系统的观察和研究。结果表明,银合欢豆象卵期、幼虫及蛹期的发育起点温度分别为10.50、9.52和12.79℃。在20~40℃条件下,各虫态的发育速率与温度呈抛物线相关,低温和高温都不利于其生长发育。

Abstract:Acanthoscelides macrophthalmus(Schaeffer) is one of the most important obligatory parasitism injurious insect of Leucaena.Feeding on Leucaena seeds,the rate of the development of eggs,larvae and pupas under the condition of RH 80% and six constant temperatures(20,25,28,32,36 and 40℃,respectively).The test revealed that the developmental threshold temperature of the eggs,larvae and pupas of Acanthoscelides macrophthalmus is 10.50,9.52 and 12.79℃,respectively,and the effective accumulated temperature is 742.11 days.The development rate of the pest and the temperatures(ranging from 20 to 40℃) show a clear parabolic mutuality,and both high and low temperatures are not propitious to the growing development of the pest.
