| 摘 要： | 提出一种测定干槟榔中痕量苯并(α)芘的方法,试样经氢氧化钾皂化,弗洛里硅土固相柱净化,正已烷二氯甲烷液洗脱,浓缩,用标准加入法和GC-MS(气相色谱-质谱)定量测定。试验证明,测定结果平均回收率达到80%以上,相对标准偏差RSD为0.97%～1.2%,方法线性、精密、准确度均良好,可以满足分析的要求。

| Abstract: | A method was developed for the determination of benzon(α) pyrene in dry areca by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The sample was saponified with KOH,cleaned up using a Florisil SPE column,after eluted the column with the mixture of hexane and dichloromethane,then determined by GC-MS.The result showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.9997,precision and recovery tests were made and the results were as follows: recoveries above 80%,RSD 0.97%-1.2%.With simple operation,high sensitivity,good accuracy,the method meets the requirements of determination of benzon(α) pyrene. |
