农业信息市场化传播运行机制研究——以大荔模式为例

陕西省大荔县将农业信息服务中的公益性服务和经营性服务进行有机整合,构建了一种新型科技服务体系（简称为大荔模式）,这是对国内农业信息传播模式的有益探索。笔者以陕西大荔模式为例,通过实地调研了解大荔模式的建设情况,对大荔模式的运行机制进行了分析。研究发现,保障机制是大荔模式运行机制的重要组成部分,利益分配机制是大荔模式运行机制的核心部分。大荔模式通过企业的资金和物质支持、政府的体制和政策支撑、专家的技术支援,保障了农业信息服务体系的高效运行,调动了各方工作的积极性和创造性。

The Operation Mechanism of Agricultural Information Marketization Communication:Taking Dali-mode as an Example

Dali County of Shaanxi Province has organically integrated the public welfare service and the operating service in agricultural information service, and constructed a new type of science and technology service system (abbreviated as Dali-mode), which is a beneficial exploration of the agricultural information dissemination model in China. Taking the Dali-mode as an example, this paper analyzes the operating mechanism of the Dali-mode through the on-the-spot investigation of its construction. It is found that the safeguard mechanism is an important component of Dali-mode operation mechanism, and the benefit distribution mechanism is the core part. Through the financial and material support of enterprises, the system and policy support of the government, and the technical support of experts, Dali-mode ensures the efficient operation of agricultural information service system and arouses the enthusiasm and creativity of all parties.
