山东滕州马铃薯产业发展成效与产业振兴策略分析

为充分发挥滕州马铃薯的比较优势与示范引领作用,加快放大滕州马铃薯的品牌知名度和影响力,笔者对近年来滕州马铃薯产业发展成效与产业振兴策略进行分析。文章总结了滕州马铃薯产业绿色发展的成效,指出了产业发展过程中存在地域因素制约马铃薯主粮化战略发展、品种研发与种植技术水平有待提升、规模经营管理水平依然偏低、种植面积扩大与经济效益矛盾凸显、异常气候频发等问题。针对这些制约因素,提出了注重一二三产业深度融合发展、加大品种研发与发展绿色可持续发展技术模式、构建现代农业经营体系、完善市场服务机制与加大财政政策扶持力度、健全异常气候监测预警体系、优化发展环境与营造宣传氛围等对策建议。

Development Effectiveness and Industrial Revitalization Strategy of Potato Industry in Tengzhou,Shandong

To give full play to the comparative advantage and demonstration leading role of Tengzhou potato, and speed up the brand awareness and influence of Tengzhou potato, the study analyzed the development effectiveness and industrial revitalization strategy of Tengzhou potato industry in recent years. The article summarized the green development of the potato industry in Tengzhou, and pointed out the problems in the industrial development, including geographical factors restricting the strategic development of potato staple food, the insufficient research on variety breeding and cultivating technology, the relatively low level of scale operation and management, the contradiction between the expansion of planting area and economic benefits, and the frequency of abnormal climate. In view of these restricting factors, the article put forward some countermeasures, such as paying attention to the integration development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, increasing variety breeding, developing green and sustainable technology mode, deepening rural reform, building modern agricultural management system, improving market service mechanism, increasing financial policy support, and enhancing abnormal climate monitoring and early warning.
