摘    要:农业出路在现代化,农业现代化关键在科技进步。为贯彻落实党的十九届五中全会精神,突出强调农业科技创新的重要性,11月20—21日,2020中国农业农村科技发展高峰论坛暨中国现代农业发展论坛在南京成功举办。本届论坛特别设置院士专场报告会,邀请知名院士专家,围绕水稻种业发展、油料高质量发展、水产养殖技术模式革新、细菌耐药性防控以及当前科技发展环境、需求与趋势等战略问题和关键技术难题,交流新理念、提出新思路、研讨新策略,多层次、多角度论道科技创新与农业高质量发展,为新时期农业农村现代化发展献计献策。

Abstract:The way out for agriculture lies in modernization and the key to agricultural modernization lies in the progress of science and technology. In order to implement the strategic deployment of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and highlight the importance of agricultural science and technology innovation, the Chinese Association of Agricultural Science Societies successfully held the 2020 China Agricultural and Rural Science and Technology Development Summit Forum and China Modern Agricultural Development Forum in Nanjing on November 20, 2020. The forum, focusing on the development of rice seed industry, the development of high-quality oil plants, the innovation of aquaculture technological model, the prevention and control of bacterial resistance, as well as current scientific and technological development environment and other strategic and key technical problems, invited well-known academicians and experts to exchange new ideas and discuss strategies, and come up with new ways for scientific and technological innovation and agricultural high quality development from multi-levels and multi-angles.
