| 摘 要： | 高等农业院校是农业科技创新与服务三农的主力军,它在农业自主创新、农业科技进步和服务新农村建设过程中发挥中越来越重要的作用。从推进自主知识创新、技术协同创新和集成服务创新等3个方面系统阐述了增强高等农业院校创新能力和服务新农村建设的对策和政策措施,为发展中的高等农业院校提供借鉴,对切实增强高等农业院校引领和支撑现代农业发展具有重要意义。
