| 摘 要： | 文章对猕猴桃贮藏保鲜技术进行了综述。首先分析了影响猕猴桃贮藏保鲜的因素，然后从采前和采后2个方面论述了猕猴桃贮藏保鲜技术的发展，重点阐明了采前喷施钙、二氧化氯和壳聚糖涂膜以及采后物理、化学及生物保鲜技术在猕猴桃贮藏保鲜上的应用。最后根据产业发展现状从贮藏方式、栽培管理、运输保鲜体系及开发天然保鲜剂等方面进行了前景展望。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the technology of storage and preservation of kiwifruit. It analyzes the factors affecting the storage and preservation of kiwifruit, expounds the development of kiwifruit storage and preservation technology through pre-harvest and post-harvest aspects, reviews the application of spraying calcium, chlorine dioxide and chitosan coating before harvesting and post- harvest physical, chemical and biological preservation technologies. Finally, the development status of the industry is discussed from storage methods, cultivation management, transportation and preservation systems, and the development of natural preservatives, etc. |
