苹果园间作不同植物对黑绒鳃金龟寄主选择行为的影响

摘    要:为了明确苹果园间作不同植物对黑绒鳃金龟寄主选择行为的影响,并筛选出对黒绒鳃金龟有较好驱避效果的植物,从而进行农业防治。于2017年-2018年在室内研究黑绒鳃金龟对8种不同植物的选择性,筛选出4种植物进行田间间作,观测评价不同植物对黑绒鳃金龟的驱避率及叶片为害差异,最终确定了驱避效果较好的植物。结果表明,室内试验中黑绒鳃金龟对8种植物的选择率有明显差异,小麦、大麦、紫叶苏和薰衣草对黑绒鳃金龟有较强的驱避效果,对叶片选择率依次为紫叶苏>薰衣草>大麦>小麦。葱、青蒜、薄荷对黑绒鳃金龟驱避效果不明显,辣椒苗对黑绒鳃金龟有较强的诱集效果。苹果园间作小麦后,对黑绒鳃金龟驱避率最高,叶片为害率最小。因此在生产实践中应优先考虑果园间作小麦。

Effects of Different Plants in Apple Orchard on Host Selection Behavior of Serica orientalis Motschulsky
Abstract:To clarify the influence of different plants in apple orchard on the host selection behavior of Serica orientalis Motschulsky, and select the plants that have better repellent effect on Serica orientalis Motschulsky for agricultural control, from 2017 to 2018, an indoor test of Serica orientalis Motschulsky selection for 8 different plants was conducted, and 4 kinds of plants were selected for field intercropping. We observed and evaluated the repellent rate and leaf damage of different plants to Serica orientalis Motschulsky, and finally determined the plants with better repellent effect. The results showed that there were significant differences in the selection rate of the 8 species of plants. Wheat, barley, perilla and lavender had strong repellent effect on the Serica orientalis Motschulsky, and the selection rate of leaves was perilla> lavender> barley> wheat. The effect of onion, green garlic and mint on the Serica orientalis Motschulsky was not obvious, and the pepper seedlings had a strong trapping effect on the Serica orientalis Motschulsky. After intercropping wheat in the orchard, the repellent effect of Serica orientalis Motschulsky was the highest, and the leaf damage rate was the smallest. Therefore, priority should be given to the intercropping of wheat in production practice.
