豇豆种子水引发研究

摘    要:为了探讨打破豇豆种子休眠的处理途径,以‘天畅一号’豇豆为试材,在20℃水温、6种不同浸泡时间引发后进行再烘干处理,分析在浸种过程中的种子膨大率、吸水率及处理后的发芽率变化。结果表明,在引发24 h内,随着引发时间的延长,种子膨大速度呈现“快-慢-急快”的规律,吸水率和发芽率逐渐升高;引发12 h与引发24 h相比,其发芽率比较相近,分别是85%和88%。结论认为,新收获的豇豆种子在20℃下引发12 h能够满足生产需求。

Study on Hydro-priming of Cowpea Seeds
Abstract:To study the way of breaking the dormancy of cowpea seeds,‘Tianchang No.1’was used as material, the hydro-priming was conducted with 20℃ water and 6 different soaking time, and then the seeds were dried again. The swelling rate, water absorption speed and germination rate of cowpea seeds were analyzed. The results showed that along with the prolonging of hydro-priming within 24 h, the swelling rate presented a fast-slow-fast pattern, the water absorption rate and germination rate increased gradually. The germination rates in 24 h and 12 h treatment were close, 85% and 88%, respectively, indicating that the newly harvested cowpea seeds could meet the production demand under hydro-priming at 20℃ for 12 h.
