都市农业与休闲农业

针对中国城市发展的特殊需求和都市农业发展的特殊形态,中国学者提出的都市农业兼具区域性和功能性：一方面对都市农业的范围进行界定,另一方面对都市农业的功能提出要求。休闲农业是都市农业区别于农村农业最有特色的部分,都市农业的新业态和创新最重要的部分就是休闲农业。从区域角度讲,都市农业紧邻城市,具有服务城市的先天优势;从功能角度讲,都市农业的生产、生态和生活功能,是城市持续、稳定、健康发展的重要需求。根据都市现代农业发展的战略价值和农业科技发展的重要趋势,提出了围绕都市农业发展的六个关注。

Urban Agriculture and Leisure Agriculture

For the special need of the development of cities and the special form of Chinese urban agriculture development, urban agriculture which Chinese scholars put forward is both regional and functional, which, on the one hand, to define the scope of urban agriculture, on the other hand, toclaim the function of urban agriculture. Leisure agriculture is the most distinctive part of distinction between urban agriculture and rural agriculture. Leisure agriculture is the most important part of new forms of urban agriculture and innovation. From regional point of view, for close to the city, urban agriculture has the congenital advantage of the services for the city. From a functional perspective, production, ecology and life function of urban agriculture is important demand of city sustained, stable and healthy development. According to the strategic value of the development of urban modern agriculture and agricultural science and technology development trend, urban agriculture development should focus on six aspects.
