不同种源朱砂根农艺性状的比较研究

为更好地进行朱砂根选育,试验比较了11个种源朱砂根的农艺性状。结果表明：（1）朱砂根的农艺性状在不同种源间存在极显著差异（P〈0.01）,各性状变异系数在9.52%~50.26%,选择潜力大。其中每穗果数、果穗数、叶距、果百粒重、分枝数、冠高比、果柄长、茎粗、果穗长的变异系数大,冠径、干高、株高、叶宽、叶长宽比、果纵径、叶柄长、果横径、叶长的变异系数小;（2）株高与干高、叶距与叶柄长、果纵径与果横径之间存在正相关关系;（3）采用主成分分析综合评价的排序结果,株形性状上选择广西南宁、江西吉安种源,叶部形态上选择福建漳平种源,果实观赏性上选择福建漳平、四川都江堰、浙江松阳种源,所有性状综合评价选择福建武平、浙江开化、江西会昌种源。

Analysis of Variation in Agronomic Traits of Ardisia Crenata from Different Provenances

In order to select Ardisia crenata so well,a field trial was conducted in Fuzhou,Fujian,China during 2007-2009 to compare the agronomic traits of A.crenata from eleven provenances.Significant differences were found in the agronomic traits of A.crenata among different provenances （P 0.01）.The coefficient of variation among those traits was 9.52-50.26% and had the great selection potential.The coefficient of variation of the fruit number per ear,ear number,blade pitch,100-fruit weight,branch number,canopy：height ratio,length of fruit stalk,stem diameter and ear length were high.The coefficient of variation of the canopy diameter,trunk height,plant height,leaf width,leaf length：width ratio,fruit longitudinal diameter,petiole length,fruit width and leaf length were small.Plant height and trunk height,blade pitch and petiole length,fruit longitudinal diameter and fruit width had positive correlation.The results of principal component analysis were to select Nanning Guangxi and Ji ＇ an Jiangxi provenances by plant form traits,select Zhangping Fujian provenance by leaf form traits,select Zhangping Fujian,Dujiangyan Sichuan,Songyang Zhejiang provenances by ornamental value of fruit,and select Wuping Fujian,Kaihua Zhejiang,Huichang Jiangxi provenances by comprehensive assessment of all traits.
