基于乡村振兴的农业创新创业型人才培养思考

乡村振兴战略是党的十九大报告中提出农村发展的战略。乡村振兴关键是农业产业发展和农村经济繁荣,而农业产业发展和农村经济繁荣必须依靠科学技术。因此,国家乡村振兴战略实施需要大量掌握农业先进科学技术,熟悉农业产业,勇于创新,敢于善于创业的农业专业技术人才。本文论述国家乡村振兴战略实施对高校农科人才培养提出的新要求,分析国家乡村振兴战略实施背景下,农科高等教育人才培养面临的挑战,提出基于乡村振兴的农业创新创业型人才对策措施。

Cultivation of Agricultural Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Based on Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is a strategy for rural development in the Report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The key of rural revitalization is the development of agricultural industry and the prosperity of rural economy. The development of agricultural industry and the prosperity of rural economy must rely on science and technology. Therefore, the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy requires a large number of advanced agricultural science and technology, familiar with the agricultural industry, the courage to innovate, and the entrepreneurial technical talents who dare to be entrepreneurial. This paper discusses the new requirements of the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy for the cultivation of agricultural talents in colleges and universities, analyzes the challenges faced by the cultivation of agricultural higher education talents under the background of the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy, and proposes countermeasures for agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship based on rural revitalization.
