| 摘 要： | 为了对短葶山麦冬栽培种质进行评价和分析,广泛收集短葶山麦冬道地药材产区栽培种质45份,调查其主要形态性状和经济性状。以经济性状为选育目标通过聚类分析筛选出优良种质。结果表明,分支数、根数、单株块根数、多块根根数、叶长、叶宽、叶脉数、块根长、块根直径等9个主要形态性状和单株产量、多糖含量和皂苷含量3个经济性状差异显著。45份短葶山麦冬种质可以分为5个类群,其中第IV和V类群综合性状表现优良。通过对短葶山麦冬栽培种质广泛收集与评价筛选出3份优良品种。
