农地流转模式简析

为了更好地指导农地流转的实践，有必要对农地流转模式进行分析。通过对国内外近10年来农地流转相关文献的研究，发现学者们往往仅针对某种或某类具体模式展开分析，缺乏对流转模式的系统梳理。本研究认为，发生在中国大地的各种农地流转模式都有其存在的合理性，通过系统比较各模式的优缺点，总结了各种流转模式的适应条件和应用中应当注意的问题。

Brief Analysis of Transference Modes of Farmland

It’s necessary for us to analyze the transference modes of the farmland, for this kind of analysis can provide some practical suggestion. However, the author finds that the majority of the researchers only focus on one mode or one kind of modes in their research through the study of relative material in the latest 10 years. Thus, there’s few systematic analysis of all kinds of transference modes of the farmland in existing research. The author points out that the existence of all the transference modes of the farmland in China’s rural area is reasonable to some extent. In this paper, the author analyzes conditions for the realization of each mode and the issues should be paid attention to in adopting each mode by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various modes systematically.
